    FAQ

Have questions about VSQUAD, our team, and how we support game production?

Here are quick answers about our production leads, specialists, communication, quality control, and how we build the right team for each project.

VSQUAD is led by production and creative specialists with hands-on game development and game art experience.

The core team includes creative direction, production management, 3D production leadership, 2D visual development, game development direction, and real-time VFX expertise. This helps us look at projects not only as separate art tasks, but as part of a real production pipeline.
Yes. Depending on the project, communication may involve Volodymyr, Hanna, or another relevant production lead.

For art-heavy projects, this can include creative direction, art supervision, or 3D / 2D review. For development-heavy or technical tasks, we can involve game development, Unity / Unreal, VFX, or technical specialists when needed.
We look at the project stage, visual style, technical needs, production risk, budget, and timeline.

A project does not always need the most senior person by default. Sometimes it needs a strong lead for direction and review. Sometimes it needs a fast production artist, a technical artist, a VFX specialist, a Unity developer, or a production manager who can keep the process under control.
Yes. The core team leads the production setup, direction, review, and communication. Around that, VSQUAD can involve a wider network of artists, developers, animators, VFX artists, technical artists, and production specialists depending on the project.

This allows us to support both small tasks and larger production needs without losing control over quality and communication.
We use art direction, references, review stages, feedback tracking, and production leads who understand the project’s visual direction.

For larger tasks, we can also build a visual feedback library, define style rules, review early samples, and help new specialists adapt to the project before scaling the team.
VSQUAD keeps communication close to the actual production leads, not separated from the people reviewing the work.

Depending on the project, communication may involve production management, creative direction, art review, technical direction, or a specific lead for 2D, 3D, VFX, Unity, or Unreal tasks. This helps avoid slow feedback loops, unclear ownership, and situations where project details get lost between people.
Yes. VSQUAD can support game art production and development-related tasks when the project needs both.

This can include 2D art, 3D art, animation, VFX, UI / HUD, Unity or Unreal support, asset integration, optimization, prototypes, gameplay-related tasks, and technical collaboration with the internal team.
VSQUAD works with indie teams, AA and AAA studios, publishers, and external production partners.

Some teams come to us for a small asset batch or a test task. Others need long-term art production, development support, production management, or extra specialists who can join an existing pipeline.
